The DECIDE website, www.DECIDE.org.nz, is now supported by Te Whatu Ora’s Zero Data initiative. Zero Data allows you access to digital health services — without paying for mobile data.
DECIDE provides abortion information, abortion services, and abortion care to pregnant people across Aotearoa New Zealand. With the support of Zero Data, the cost of mobile data will no longer be a barrier to accessing this essential health service. 
Anyone in Aotearoa New Zealand can access DECIDE on their mobile device, and now there’s a way to do this without using your mobile data. The cost of mobile data is covered by Te Whatu Ora. You will not incur any mobile data charges while using DECIDE via the Zero Data website.
This is a positive initiative to help make DECIDE, the National Abortion Telehealth Service, more accessible to people in Aotearoa New Zealand.
How to access DECIDE without paying for mobile data
To use Zero Data's free service, follow these seven steps:
- Open your mobile browser, turn off your phone’s Wi-Fi, and turn on your phone’s mobile data
- Visit: www.zero.govt.nz
- On this page, you will find a link labelled: Health
- Select the Health link
- At the bottom of the Health page, you will find a link to DECIDE
- Select the DECIDE link
- If you can see a green banner at the top of your screen, you are browsing DECIDE — without paying for mobile data
