Make an appointment by filling out the Ask for an Appointment form. We'll call you back and book your appointment.
You can also phone the clinic yourself. Use the Clinic Finder to find the clinic nearest you.
If you need to cancel your appointment, use the Cancel my Appointment form.
Professional training and development
Contact our Professional Training and Development team for information about our courses for doctors, nurses, midwives and other clinicians working in sexual and reproductive health.
Health Promotion
Contact your local health promoter about programmes for young people, their parents or caregivers, teachers and community workers. If you’re a teacher, school nurse, youth worker or community worker, you can also Ask for an Online Consultation with our health promoters.

If you want to give feedback, a compliment, or make a complaint about any aspect of our clinical services, our health promotion, or international programmes work you can do any of the following:
- Complete a feedback form and give it to a staff member in the clinic
- Talk with the manager at the clinic you visited
- Email us

Please make sure we have the details we need to be able to contact you. These include your name, email address, the name and location of the clinic or programme.
If you are unhappy with our clinical services, our confidentiality, or your privacy you can contact the Health and Disability Commissioner or the Privacy Commissioner.
Students who have attended a Professional Training and Development course should follow the Professional Training and Development (PTD) Complaints Procedure.
