You can make an appointment at our clinics by filling out our Ask for an Appointment form. We'll then call you at the time you choose and book your appointment while we are talking to you.

In the best interests of your health and well-being, personal medical enquiries will not be answered via this website or our social media.

Clinical training

Health Promotion Programmes/Education Enquiries

Contact your local health promoter for information about our programmes and education for young people, their parents or caregivers, teachers and community workers.

Feedback or complaints

We welcome and rely on your feedback so we can improve our service. If you are not satisfied about any aspect of a Family Planning service please let us know.

If you would like to give us feedback about our services there are a few options so you can choose one that you are comfortable with.

Make sure you give us your name, email address and the name of the clinic (if you visited one) so we can get in touch and follow up on your complaint for you.

If you are unhappy with our clinical services, our confidentiality or your privacy you may also like to contact the Health and Disability Commissioner or the Privacy Commissioner.

Students who have attended a Clinical Training and Development course should follow the Clinical Training and Development (CTD) Complaints Procedure.
