Family Planning Complaints Information

 
Policy Statement
 
Family Planning staff will ensure that clients have access to information on their rights under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights. Family Planning staff will also inform, when necessary, any client who wishes to make a complaint about Family Planning staff or practices about our complaints procedure.
 
General Information
 
Family Planning believe in offering excellent client service based on standards of excellence, agreed clinical practice, competency and accountability. This applies to all Family Planning service provision for the benefit of Family Planning clients and staff.
 
To meet the above objectives we welcome and rely on client feedback. If you are not satisfied with our service then please let us know so that we can improve our service.
 
  • To make a complaint about any aspect of Family Planning services please talk with the manager at the clinic or health promotion office where you accessed our services.
